Cinnamon Apple & Chia Porridge
A little breakfast inspiration needed? You have to try this Cinnamon Apple & Chia Porridge!
The flavour combination is absolute perfection, and on top of that, it’s high in fibre and well-balanced to start your day just right!

Ingredients
2 apples - 1 diced & 1 grated
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
A drizzle of oil
1 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 1/2 cups plant-based milk or any other milk
A handful of pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1. Add diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar & oil to a pan. Put on medium heat & cook for a few minutes, until soft.
2. Set the apples aside & in the same pan add the oats, chia seeds, grated apples & milk.
3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low-medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat & transfer porridge to 2 bowls.
5. Top with the cooked apples & pumpkin seeds.
6. Enjoy!
