I created tiph&nutrition for people with busy lifestyles, who don’t particularly have the time to cook, to help them understand nutrition and make sure they are nourishing themselves in the best way possible.
Although I’m a nutritionist and my world revolves around food, I’ve never been a fan of spending too many hours cooking. Recipes that have endless amounts of steps and ingredients (most of which I will only use once and that will then sit in my cupboard for years to come), make me want to run for the hills. So I’m all about simple, healthy options, with only a handful of ingredients, that are delicious, nutritious and quick to make.
I love making it easy for people to understand nutrition and realise that being healthy doesn’t have to be tedious and time-consuming. The aim of tiph&nutrition is to provide evidence-based nutrition blog posts, insightful nutrition tips, and healthy recipes that are so simple and tasty that you can’t not give them a go!
