Banana & Chocolate Bread
This Banana & Chocolate Bread is just what you need! It’s easy to make & loaded with chocolate chips inside and on top - a chocolate lover’s dream.

Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups (200g) buckwheat flour
1/2 cup (50g) oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 baking powder
1/2 baking soda
1 cup (100g) chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tin with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
3. Whisk in the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, olive oil & honey.
4. Add in the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda & baking powder. Mix to combine.
5. Stir through the chocolate chips.
6. Pour into the tin and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the top with oats and chocolate chips.
7. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes then remove from the tin
8. Serve a slice warm & enjoy!
