Chocolate Kiwi & Blueberry Porridge
Colourful, delicious and slightly decadent, this Chocolate Kiwi & Blueberry Porridge is just the right way to start your day.
Ingredients
50g (1/2 cup) porridge oats
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) plant-based milk or any other milk
1 kiwi
1 handful blueberries - fresh or frozen
1 tbsp cocoa spread - I used cocoa tahini
1 handful almonds - chopped
Instructions
1. Add the porridge oats & milk into a saucepan over low-medium heat.
2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened to your liking.
3. Remove from heat and transfer porridge to a bowl.
4. Top with chopped kiwi, blueberries, cocoa spread, and chopped almonds.
5. Enjoy!
