Choco-Peanut Porridge

Nutritious and filling, this chocolate and peanut butter porridge will keep you full all morning and provide lots of healthy fibre.



Ingredients

50g (1/2 cup) porridge oats

300 ml (1 1/4 cups) plant-based milk or any other milk

3 pieces dark chocolate

1 tbsp peanut butter

Optional: 1 handful goji berries

Fruit toppings of choice - I used 1 handful blueberries and 1 tsp ground coconut

Instructions

1. Add the porridge oats, milk, chocolate and goji berries into a saucepan over low-medium heat.

2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened to your liking and spoon in the peanut butter.

3. Remove from heat and transfer porridge to a bowl.

4. Top with your fruit topping of choice. Here I added blueberries and coconut.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
