Yoghurt Chia Pudding with Strawberries
Looking for an easy-to-grab breakfast? Try this super easy, 3-ingredients chia pudding, full of fibre, omega-3 & protein!
You can top it off with any fresh or frozen berries & nuts, I just use up whatever I have in the house.
Ingredients
1/2 cup any milk ( I chose plant-based almond milk )
1/2 cup any yoghurt ( I chose a plant-based almond yoghurt )
2 tablespoons chia seeds
For Topping:
Fresh or frozen fruits (strawberries, banana, …)
Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts …)
Instructions
1. In a bowl or sealable container, mix together the yoghurt, milk, and chia seeds.
2. Cover or seal the container and place it in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
3. In the morning, give the chia pudding a good mix, breaking apart any clumps.
4. Spoon into a bowl or keep in the container and top with your favourite fresh or frozen fruits, nuts or your other favourite toppings.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
