Hummus

This homemade hummus recipe is super easy to make & comes together in minutes. Just smooth, creamy & delicious!



Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained

2 tbsp tahini

Juice from 1 lemon

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves

1/3 cup of cold water

Salt & pepper

Instructions

1. Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic & water to a food processor.

2. Mix on high until smooth, adding extra water as needed to blend.

3. Transfer to a serving bowl and season with salt & pepper to taste.

4. Serve with pita bread, carrots and/or cucumbers.
