Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Chips

These Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Chips are a healthy, delicious, cinnamony snack, easily made in the air fryer!



Ingredients

1 large apple

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the apples. Use a sharp knife, or a mandolin, to cut the apple into thin slices, about 3mm thick (⅛ inch).

2. Sprinkle the cinnamon and the sugar on the apple slices and mix well so the apple slices are covered on both sides.

3. Place the apple slices in the air fryer basket, in a single layer and set the air fryer to 150°C (300°F).

4. Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing apple slices every 5 minutes (and more often towards the end of the cooking time), until golden brown and almost crispy.

5. Take the apple chips out of the air fryer and let them cool on a cooling rack or a plate. The chips will continue to crisp up even more as they cool down.

6. Serve & enjoy!
